This key position will drive the road map and shape the future of company product and platform. The Product Manager will support company's continued success and market leadership by working with stakeholders across the business, field and customers to become the centralized voice of customer and market needs. As a Sr.Product Manager, you will help craft vision and strategy while simultaneously executing meaningful, metric moving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the B2B & Gifting teams to enhance the digital shopping for gifting and businesses
- Own and define product requirements for new features by combining customer feedback, market/competitive research and internal stakeholder input to produce clear, concise and thorough use cases/business requirements
- Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Establish the scope for both features and initiatives, identifying customer issues, solutions driving stakeholder alignment, success metrics and testing plans.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of industry experience in Product Management leading a cross functional team
- Fundamental understanding and track record of building, shipping or managing consumer-facing digital products in the e-commerce or marketplaces space
- Timely, organized and able to meet multiple concurrent deadlines
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work successfully with a global highly distributed team
- Experience working with both B2C & B2B is a plus
