A global, well-established Cyber Security company, ranked as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its Norwegian team based in Oslo.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with customers, prospects, and partners on the technical and executive side
- Provide solution to complex technical issues in the pre-sales capacity
- Bridge the gap between the sales team and their pre-sales customers
- Have a clear and sharp analysis of the technical objectives for the implementation of the product
- Advise the customer on the best ways to use the product
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales team during the whole sales cycle
- Ensure customer's satisfaction and success
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry
- Fluent in Norwegian
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to technical and executive audience
- Hands on expertise with endpoint technology
- Ability to understand the customer's issues and to offer them the relevant solutions
- Excellent knowledge of EDR, MDR and XDR
- Familiarity with SIEM
Certifications with one of the below is desired:
- AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud
- CISSP
- Linux/Solaris/UNIX
- ECIH
- MCSE
- CompTIA
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacking)
