An exciting global IT Services provider, focusing on ERP/HCM solutions, is looking for a Sales Director for their DACH team! They are growing their presence across EMEA and searching for someone with market expertise and a passion for hunting.
As a Sales Director DACH, you will be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in new logo acquisition and/or Account Management
- Fluent in German (C2) and English
- Experience in ERP/HCM or Implementation Solutions like SAP/Microsoft/Oracle
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Hunter/New business development mentality
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytic and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
