RVP SALES - DACH
A hyper-growth cloud banking SaaS vendor are currently looking for their first person on the ground in DACH to grow the market from ground upwards. Their technology platform combines efficiency, collaboration and compliance - tailored to address a specific/niche industry problem. This company has achieved high levels of funding, and will be investing heavily into Sales Support, Sales Enablement and Technical Support in order to achieve growth objectives.
As a RVP Sales - DACH you will:
· Minimum 8 years of successful enterprise sales experience, strong preference for Complex FS SaaS experience.
· Experience of working in a startup is highly desirable, desire to work in a startup is essential.
· Consistently identify, prospect, qualify and develop your sales pipeline through outreach strategies and by collaborating with your SDR team.
· Collaborate with Marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows, and other marketing-related events.
As a RVP Sales - DACH you should:
· Fluent German and English speaker.
· Candidate to be based in Germany + Travel across DACH.
· Minimum 8+ years of experience in Complex Software Sales.
· Experience selling software solutions to C-Level and Technical Buyers.
· Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as an attention to detail necessary to create compelling ROI and value propositions.
· High fixed salary + On Target Earning Commission.
