Work with one of the best established global System Integrators and help them grow their footprint in the UK. They are looking for a Modern Workplace Sales specialist to drive sales for existing and new clients. This is a very senior role for someone excited about technology, building relationships and handling large projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the sales process end-to-end with new and existing customers
Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
Navigate the Modern Workplace Offerings comfortably
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
Fluent in English
Experience selling/delivering Modern Workplace services
Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
