We are working with a Supply Chain software scale-up on an exciting Implementation Lead - DACH - role. The company is is early in its days, but already with massive success and growth plans worldwide. They offer a unique SaaS yard management system that works across multiple verticals.
We are looking for an experienced industry professional to come in and collaborate with a team of consultants/customers success managers; taking the lead of projects and overseeing their delivery within a certain time frame and budget.
Tasks:
- Manage the entire implementation of multiple projects (doing kickoff, analysis, setup & configuration, testing, etc.)
- Understand customers' needs; and ensure they and the project are aligned properly
- Manage all communication with customers, internally and externally
- On-time / in-budget delivery of software and hardware implementations
- Together with a team, you go the extra mile in order to get customers the best experience and practices with Peripass
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing software implementation projects
- Top verbal and written communication skills
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with logistic processes
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- An analytical mind; eager to learn and figure things out.
- A strong working proficiency in German, as well as English
