Position Overview: As the Global Key Account Lead you'll spearhead pivotal relationships with key partners worldwide. Your expertise will be pivotal in harnessing our platform's potential to elevate brands, foster growth, and redefine the beauty landscape globally.
- Strategically cultivate and manage relationships with key beauty industry players, including brands, influencers, and agencies, to drive engagement and brand presence on our platform.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to optimize the beauty partners' performance on our platform, leveraging insights and data analytics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in product development and marketing, to create bespoke solutions for beauty partners.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative partnerships and initiatives, meeting and exceeding set targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to recommend and implement strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record (7+ years) in key account management or business development within the beauty industry, ideally on a global scale.
- Deep understanding of the beauty industry's dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong understanding of their role within the beauty sector is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
