Responsibilities:
- Serve as the voice of the company for their biggest customers in the region
- Develop strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Represent the company as the first technical point of contact for any inquiries or escalations
Skills and experience required:
- Over 3 years of project management / Customer Success Management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP Systems
- Exceptional customer communication skills
- Experience talking to C-level
