Title: Customer Support Engineer & Project Leader (m/w/d) permanent
Location: Hybrid (Karlsruhe)
Compensation: 90.000€
I am currently working on a new position at one of the global leaders in Infotainment. They create embedded and cloud software for in-vehicle multimedia software and have clients such as Porsche, Chrysler, Bugatti, and BMW, integrated with the best microchip companies in Europe.
Their team of 180 people are looking to expand by one more in this new role, to help onboard new projects for existing customers and successfully integrate their product on time and with quality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-contact technical support to the customer by analyzing and solving their issues
- Manage projects throughout its life cycle (planning, resource allocation, scope, rick and change management)
- Plan, manage, and test customer releases
- Drive the project's resolution and customer issues
- Travel availability of 10-15%
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English
- Similar previous experience
- Proficient in C and C++ programming languages
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and self-starter
