A market-leading company in the employee experience management / ITSM space is seeking a Channel Sales Manager CEU to join its Germany team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Solution Partner/VAR and local SI/SP relationships.
- Experience from working with SaaS providers, System Integrators, Alliance and Technology partners
- Demonstrate how the solutions can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates business outcomes
- Advise the customer on the best ways to use the product
- Work with multiple stakeholders in different functions such as Digital Workplace & EUC IT teams, IT Security, IT Operations and IT Service Management
- Ensure customer's satisfaction and success
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Channel Management / Partner Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience of one or more of the following areas:
- Workplace, End User Computing or Desktop Services
- Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience-driven functions
- Cloud, Win10, O365, and other Migration-, Release- or Change related projects
- The ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, and other quality of service-related disciplines
- Security, Governance, Risk or Compliance related disciplines
