Fast-growing startup looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer (CSE) in the space of application security. The Senior CSE will be dedicated to providing successful use of the product and will work closely with customers to provide insight and gaining trust through problem resolution and being a voice for their business.
Job Description
- Ability to communicate effectively and troubleshoot
- Create a great customer service experience
- Work closely with managers/directors of security
- Identify risks to the customer
- Develop a trustworthy relationship with customers
Requirements
- Experience relevant in consulting, support, software engineering (Python, Open API/Swagger)
- Ability to communicate effectively to customer with limited knowledge
- Proven track record of handling customer issues
- Serve as the voice of the customer
- Availability to provide support after-hours
