A fast-growing, highly innovative Global Systems Integrator is looking for a Salesforce Sales Director in the Nordics.
The Salesforce Service Line Partner (SSLP) Role is critical for the growth of our Salesforce practice in leading key Strategic accounts for Salesforce opportunity pursuits.
Responsibilities:
Partner with all IG Sales teams and Salesforce Account Executives to grow accounts and position Salesforce services to clients
Partner with the Presales / CoE teams in conceptualizing the solutions & estimates
Help develop and execute the Sales strategy and plan to grow the Salesforce practice for all IG's
Report and communicate to Salesforce leadership on opportunities and challenges
Manage a book of business by tracking progress on account revenue growth, margin and CSAT scores
Drive GTM Salesforce strategy for all the IG's from Salesforce Sales perspective
Support and Lead sales pursuits
Manage customer relationships with key accounts
Internal evangelization of Salesforce Services across LTIMindtree service lines and Industry teams
External evangelization at Industry and Salesforce events and conferences
Skills :
10+ years within business and technology consulting services (with majority of experience and focus around Salesforce advisory and technology services)
Experience of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations - Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Community, C360 Platform, Mulesoft, IoT, Einstein, Analytics and Velocity Clouds
Nice to have - Enterprise Knowledge and experience with other technology platforms - in and around CRM
Prior experience of Pre-Sales - Estimation and Solutioning
Have personally owned order booking / revenue targets
Must have worked with consultancy firms and would consider organizations of similar size as LTIMindtree
Should be serving in a similar role now and MUST have spent the majority of career in a services organization
