A leading independent consulting firm within identity and access management are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their growing team and lead the implementation of Identity Access Management Security projects.
As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects related to Identity Access Management (IAM) Security, ensuring successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage IAM Security projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and ensure project scope is well-defined.
Develop and maintain project schedules, risk management plans, and project documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that project deliverables meet all security, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA, SOX, PCI, and GDPR.
Lead project meetings and provide regular project status updates to project sponsors and stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks that arise during the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Identity Access Management Security.
Proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as HIPAA, SOX, PCI, and GDPR.
