Qualifications:

- 4+ years as a product manager, relevant experience in customer service filed
- In-depth knowledge of CRM technologies and a keen interest in staying ahead of trends in the customer service tech landscape.
- Ability to navigate and excel in a globally dispersed and culturally diverse work environment.
- E-commerce experience is a plus
