My client is a creative research lab building custom AI products to solve real world problems for their business partners in the autonomous driving, healthcare, and manufacturing spaces. After raising close to 40 million euro in funding they are going through a significant period of growth and are looking for Senior Machine Learning Experts to join their team and drive forward with them. Successful candidates will be given responsibility leading projects and teams from Day 1, and you will have the freedom to create and innovate alongside other passionate machine learning experts in the heart of Berlin.
The Job
* Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to directly understand the technical scope of the projects at hand
* Design creative Proof-of-Concepts and prototypes employing deep learning techniques to solve business problems
* Collaborate with the production teams to bring these prototypes to life and see them implemented with the client
* Identify business use cases and opportunities to solve real world issues with AI
* Build and lead your own team, and even your own venture if you wish
The Profile
* 4+ years' experience with deep learning techniques, especially Natural Language Processing
* MSc or PhD or equivalent in a relevant field (Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science etc)
* High proficiency in Python and it's machine learning stack
* An entrepreneurial mindset, creative and innovative in your approach to solving problems
* Excellent communication skills, and comfortable dealing with clients and stakeholders
