We are searching for a Lead Full-Stack software engineer with a love for Javascript for our key client who is disrupting the pharmaceutical industry and saving lives.
They are digital trailblazers who are developing cloud-based product to the life-science industry and are developing a product that could dramatically change the industry for the better. Their product is tapping into a strong market need that has not been explored. In 6 months they will start developing Machine learning features, that you could be a part of!
Location: Central Malmo, Sweden
Requirements:
- You are passionate, a good communicator and have a strong love for open source technology
- Several years of software development experience
- Very strong experiences in Javascript and JS frameworks
- React and React Native is being used for both front-end and back-end development
- Experience with GraphQL API is beneficial
- Experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL for the backend
- Interest in Machine learning is also advantageous
- Expereince leading scrum teams
Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor junior developers on what good code and engineering looks like
- Lead the scrum team - Work in an agile environment
- Develop clean and scalable code on the backend and front-end
- Member of the team of planning and managing the product roadmap
- Work in cross-functional teams; Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and business development to investigate in new solutions and/or improve the existing product
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing the documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
- You will actively participate in discussions on how to improve the product and feel confident to share your experience and opinions.
- You will have some decision powers should you want to change some of the tech stack - and improve areas of the product (although the team is flat structures, and decision are taken democratically)
