A global provider of automation solutions, specifically within the semiconductor manufacturing sector, are actively seeking an Active Directory Architect to work within their Chelmsford, MA office. This firm has been an industry leader for more than 40 years, providing precision robotics, integrated automation systems, and contamination control solutions enabling chip manufacturers globally. This individual will be a key contributor within their IT Infrastructure group, and responsible for conducting an in depth assessment of their AD/AAD environment, as well as defining a strategy & roadmap, serving as a technical leader for AD/AAD team members and across the organization, and being a part of their cloud-first initiatives to contribute to future migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct an assessment of the Active Directory / Azure Active Directory environment
- Based on the assessment, the business priorities and the IT strategy, define a tailored AD/AAD strategy and roadmap to build a strong and scalable foundation and support company growth initiatives
- Serve as technical leader for AD/AAD for team members and others across the organization
- Serve as technical escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving advanced issues with Microsoft technology
- Create and maintain architectural reference documentation
- Create and maintain policies and procedures as related to SOX (ITGC), participate in audits, and ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulations
- Be part of their cloud first initiatives and be a key contributor in moving to, and enabling these technologies
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years' experience with extensive and comprehensive knowledge of AD/AAD in a global environment
- Outstanding technical knowledge and applied experience in adjacent Microsoft applications and connecting affinity applications, including network security architecture and operations, cloud architecture, and authentication and access control
- Familiarity with information security standards and industry regulations, including SOX, ISO 27000 series, GDPR, PCI, etc...
- In depth experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
Additional Information:
- 3-5 days / week on-site (Chelmsford, MA)
- Base from $125,000-$140,000
- 7-10% bonus
