A nationally renowned communications customer in the USA have tasked us with finding them a Salesforce Billing Technical Expert to support them in full remote. The aim of the project is to support the customer with a brand new build and provide technical expertise during the implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive Salesforce Billing solutions.
- Implementation: Configure Salesforce Billing features and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce Billing with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in coding and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, conduct status meetings, and train end-users.
- Documentation: Document configurations, create user guides, and provide post-deployment support.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce Billing and CPQ, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience: Proven track record in Salesforce Billing implementations; communications industry experience preferred.
