My client, a global integrator, are looking for fill a number of roles on a large project. One of the most important requirements is for 2 Business Analysts who have strong experience with ServiceNow.
They are not simply looking for people who can do the basics, but rather people who can really do process design with ServiceNow.
This role will be English-speaking and will be FULLY Remote from within Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Process Owners for requirements
- Provide feasible technical ServiceNow solutions
- Effort estimation
- Present solutions to change control board
- Create stories
- SIT and UAT
- Documentation
- Client Scripts, Business Rules and UI Policies
Requirements:
- 7+ years ServiceNow
- ServiceNow technical knowledge in ITSM and portal
- Analysis and slice of technical requirements
- ServiceNow admin
- Exposure to development testing and process
- ITOM
- ITIL (beneficial)
- Implementation Specialist (beneficial)
