Position Overview
As an MS Teams Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in deploying MS Teams Voice/Telephony into their infrastructure. You will be the technical referent in the L3 Support Team, collaborating with 10-15 other engineers in Paris and Lyon. Your support will extend to customers across Europe, including the UK, France, Portugal, Germany, and Italy. With over 200,000 global staff, this is a significant operation, and your expertise will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy MS Teams Voice/Telephony solutions into the existing infrastructure.
- Act as the technical reference point within the L3 Support Team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Paris and Lyon.
- Provide support to customers across Europe.
- No specific certifications are required, but relevant Microsoft, AD, or Systems Administration certificates will enhance your application.
