Role Overview
Our client is seeking a OEM/Sales Channel Manager to drive growth through strategic customer and partner relationships within the industrial sector. This individual will be responsible for managing complex sales opportunities, expanding key accounts, and developing relationships with OEMs and other strategic partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial skills with the ability to engage technical stakeholders and navigate complex industrial environments. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth company at an exciting stage and play a key role in expanding its market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic customers, OEMs, and channel partners
- Drive new business development and account expansion opportunities
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through close
- Build relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Develop account plans and partnership strategies to support revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in industrial technology, industrial software, or technical B2B sales
- Experience selling into industrial, energy, manufacturing, or related markets
- Proven track record managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles
- Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, or strategic alliances
- Ability to engage both technical and business decision-makers
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with asset performance, predictive maintenance, reliability, or industrial analytics solutions
- Background in oil & gas, power generation, industrial automation, manufacturing, or related industries
- Familiarity with rotating equipment or other critical industrial assets
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company environment
- Established network within industrial or energy markets
