Role Overview
Our client is actively hiring both Senior and New Grad Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with enterprise customers deploying AI solutions into production environments.
This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role that sits at the intersection of software engineering, solutions architecture, product, and customer success. Engineers spend time building real-world AI applications while partnering directly with customers to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers
- Develop integrations using Python, JavaScript, APIs, CRMs, ERPs, and third-party systems
- Partner directly with customers to gather requirements and solve technical challenges
- Design prototypes, demos, and production-ready implementations
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Become an expert in LLMs, prompting strategies, and AI-powered workflows
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements and new capabilities
- Drive projects from initial concept through production deployment
Senior FDE Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as:
- Solutions Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Forward Deployed Engineering
- Technical Product Management
- Customer Success Engineering
- Founder/Startup Experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Production-level experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies
New Grad Qualifications
- Recent graduate in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Related Technical Discipline
- Internship experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Passion for startups, AI, and building products
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to work directly with customers
- Comfortable taking ownership and learning quickly
