About the Role
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. Acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, you'll help drive customer adoption, solve complex business challenges, and influence product direction through real-world feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from initial prototype through production deployment, while clearly communicating progress, risks, and next steps.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in AI-powered solutions, including best practices for LLM prompting and workflow design.
- Build full-stack integrations using Python, JavaScript, and APIs with enterprise platforms such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools.
- Partner closely with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, develop demos, and present technical solutions.
- Manage project scope, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the implementation life cycle.
- Turn successful customer solutions into reusable tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities.
- Provide product and go-to-market teams with actionable insights gathered from customer engagements.
You Might Thrive If You
- Have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Program Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or Founder.
- Excel at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have successfully delivered projects in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Can write production-quality code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Understand AI and LLM-based systems and how they impact user experience.
- Enjoy solving problems, managing competing priorities, and driving projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Thrive in environments where customer interaction, engineering, and product strategy intersect.
