Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customer engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy AI agent solutions.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor on architecture, implementation strategy, and best practices.
- Develop reference architectures, demonstrations, and example applications.
- Facilitate technical workshops, deep dives, and enablement programs for customer teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide customers through resolution.
- Capture feedback from customer engagements and communicate insights to product and engineering teams.
- Help define and promote best practices for building reliable, scalable AI-driven applications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering or hands-on development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with modern machine learning or AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience working with large language models, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to engage directly with customers in consulting, solution engineering, customer-facing engineering, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience building and deploying production AI or machine learning systems is highly desirable.
- Exposure to vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), reinforcement learning, or related technologies is a plus.
- Previous experience in forward deployed engineering, field engineering, solutions architecture, or comparable customer-facing technical roles is beneficial.
