Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Contract Length: 12 Months
Languages: English and French Required
Location: Fully Remote in Paris
Utilisation: 40 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and customization of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud to enhance customer engagement and streamline service operations.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and implement robust, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code to support customer-facing portals and service workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and internal platforms using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery.
  • Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-release activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to users.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric portals and service solutions in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Knowledge Base configuration.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience design principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Must reside in the United Kingdom and be available for on-site collaboration in London twice a week.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications (preferred).
  • Experience with:
    • Experience Cloud site setup and customization
    • Service Cloud features including Case Lifecycle, Entitlements, and SLAs
    • Integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs)
    • CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Gearset, Copado)
    • Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
