At FinancialLease.nl, we're looking for a Salesforce Administrator who understands the platform inside and out. You'll be the driving force behind scalable, user-friendly solutions that elevate our Salesforce environment-with vision, ownership, and a focus on the end-user.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll work within our dedicated development team, collaborating with business analysts, product owners, and scrum masters. You'll be the bridge between business and tech, translating needs into smart, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Exciting Projects You'll Contribute To
- Automated lead routing based on behavior scoring
- A real-time sales dashboard integrated with external data
- Continuous improvements to our Sales Engine
- Shaping our long-term vision and North Star objectives

- €4,000-€6,000 salary + 8% holiday allowance, profit sharing, and 25 vacation days

What You Bring
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience and a genuine passion for the platform
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, flows, automation, and data cleaning
- Salesforce Administrator certification (extra certs? That's a plus!)
- Bonus: Experience with API integrations and/or DevOps tooling
