This client is renowned for its commitment to digital transformation, cutting-edge technology stack, and collaborative culture. Based in Zurich, this is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact Salesforce projects in a globally recognized financial hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions tailored to complex business requirements.
- Custom Development: Develop and enhance features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Data Cloud Integration: Implement seamless integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and activate customer data.
- API & Middleware Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Data Migration: Execute accurate and efficient data migration strategies using Salesforce-native and third-party tools.
- Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Documentation & Handover: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce Development: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration.
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud: Proven experience optimizing and customizing core Salesforce modules.
- Data Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and use cases.
- Integration Experience: Strong understanding of API integrations and middleware platforms.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Work Model: Comfortable with a hybrid setup - 2 days per week on-site in Zurich.
Technical Knowledge
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus)
- Experience with:
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- MuleSoft or similar middleware
- Git, Copado, or Gearset for CI/CD
- Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
