About the Role
A leading European bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead multiple internal initiatives focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role will also play a key part in establishing a Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive governance, consistency, and innovation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, with a focus on FSC.
- Establish and manage a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align Salesforce solutions with strategic goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project sponsors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 2-3 years in Salesforce delivery.
- Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and integrations.
- Experience setting up or contributing to a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, FSC Accredited Professional) preferred.
- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
