The Opportunity
We're hiring our first Sales Engineer to establish and shape the presales function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with strong market traction and a fully-formed technical team, while playing a foundational role in our go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
- Deliver compelling, technically detailed product demos to pharmaceutical clients.
- Analyze customer needs and design tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Respond to RFIs, pricing requests, and provide clear, technical answers to client inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to support deal closure and ensure client success.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting-ideally in healthcare, pharma, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly language.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and iterate on processes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
