What you'll be doing
- Leading and mentoring a high‑performing team of developers, database engineers, and analysts responsible for compensation and commission platforms
- Owning the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of large‑scale, data‑driven systems supporting global e‑commerce operations
- Partnering closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence to align technical solutions with business and reporting needs
- Driving modernization efforts, automation, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems
- Managing production support and incident response while ensuring compliant, stable operations
