🚀 Principal HPC and Data Center Network Architect - Dallas (Hybrid)
Base salary: up to 230k
A cutting‑edge technology organization is seeking a Principal‑level Network Architect to help shape the next generation of data center and high‑performance computing infrastructure. This role focuses on building scalable, low‑latency network architectures that support advanced compute, AI, and cloud environments while driving long‑term strategy and technical direction.
What You Will Do
- Architect large‑scale data center and HPC networking environments designed for high bandwidth and low latency
- Design backbone interconnects, routing frameworks, WAN connectivity, and cloud interconnect solutions
- Collaborate closely with compute, storage, and engineering teams to deliver secure and reliable infrastructure
- Evaluate emerging hardware, high‑speed fabrics, and new interconnect technologies
- Contribute to long‑term performance modeling, capacity planning, and architectural standards
What You Bring
- Strong experience in data center networking or HPC network engineering
- Background with modern fabrics such as leaf‑spine, EVPN, VXLAN, InfiniBand, RoCE, or NVLink
- Deep understanding of routing, traffic engineering, and network performance optimization
- Ability to partner with cross‑functional engineering groups
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, as no sponsorship is offered
- Willingness to work in a hybrid role based in Dallas
Compensation
- Base salary up to 230k, plus competitive total compensation and benefits
