Technical Lead, Epicor Administration
Glocomms is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Technical Lead, Epicor Administration to lead the support, optimization, security, and continuous improvement of its ERP and enterprise application environment. This individual will partner with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to ensure business-critical systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.
What You'll Do:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize ERP and enterprise applications.
- Manage system security, user access, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Support SQL reporting, data integrity, and business-critical workflows.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide advanced user support.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams to drive process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on projects and system enhancements.
What They're Looking For:
- 7+ years of enterprise application administration experience.
- 5+ years supporting Epicor ERP.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
- Strong SQL Server, reporting, and database skills.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, security, upgrades, and system administration.
- Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, and finance processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
