Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help keep the organization operating efficiently during a period of rapid growth. This person will manage scheduling, communications, travel, recruiting coordination, and key operational priorities while working closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and travel
- Coordinate meetings with customers, investors, candidates, and partners
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Track priorities and ensure action items are completed
- Support recruiting coordination and candidate communications
- Assist with internal operations and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly dependable
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or executive
- Startup or high-growth company experience
