The Opportunity
Our client is introducing a category-defining platform that helps hospitals improve efficiency, safety, compliance, and education through a single integrated solution. Rather than selling an incremental improvement or point product, you'll be leading strategic conversations with executive healthcare stakeholders about transforming surgical operations and clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the hospital ecosystem, existing relationships with healthcare leaders, and a proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
What You'll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic health system opportunities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and procurement discussions
- Partner closely with leadership to shape and refine go-to-market strategy
- Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams
- Help establish repeatable sales processes as the organization scales
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise software, healthcare technology, MedTech, or related sales experience
- Proven quota-carrying sales success
- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or large healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite and senior clinical stakeholders
- Track record closing complex enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers
- Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling healthcare SaaS, clinical technology, operational workflow solutions, or healthcare analytics platforms
- Existing relationships within hospital leadership teams
- Experience selling into surgical services, perioperative operations, quality, safety, or clinical leadership functions
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- History of building pipeline through personal networks and strategic outreach
- Familiarity with operating room workflows and hospital operational challenges
