Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Founding Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. You'll act as the bridge between product, sales, and customers-translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a lean team, working closely with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define positioning, messaging, and product differentiation
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Partner with product and engineering to translate technical features into customer value
- Create sales enablement materials and support pipeline growth
- Lead product launches, campaigns, and events
- Produce content for technical audiences (case studies, blogs, etc.)
- Conduct market research and track competitive trends
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of product marketing or related experience
- Background in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or developer tools
- Strong ability to simplify technical concepts into clear messaging
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and sales enablement
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
