Role Overview
We are seeking a Calypso Developer / Technical Business Analyst to support ongoing enhancements and development work across a business-critical Calypso environment. The role will involve working directly with business users while supporting platform improvements, workflow optimisation and technical delivery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders.
- Deliver enhancements across Calypso workflows and functionality.
- Configure and support platform components.
- Improve screens, reports and user-facing functionality.
- Enhance and maintain batch processing activities.
- Participate in testing, release and deployment activities.
- Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Support integration initiatives involving upstream and downstream systems.
- Work closely with Operations, Treasury and Front Office teams.
- Contribute to continuous platform improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
- Experience working with Calypso.
- Knowledge of Treasury, Markets or Capital Markets environments.
- Java development exposure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Desirable Skills
- Technical Business Analysis experience.
- SQL expertise.
- Trade lifecycle knowledge.
- Front Office technology experience.
- Integration project experience.
