IAM Manager, Access Security
Glocomms is partnered with a top Food and Beverage manufacturer with a cutting edge cyber security team. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Cybersecurity - IAM to lead their Identity and Access Management program within the Cybersecurity Operations department. This role is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing management of IAM initiatives, ensuring secure and compliant access to enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IAM technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to drive cross-functional success.
This is a hybrid role based in Omaha, requiring on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise IAM program.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing IAM team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Oversee identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
- Integrate IAM operations with the Cybersecurity Fusion Center for real-time threat response.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical IAM plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and GRC teams to align IAM processes with organizational needs.
- Monitor and report on IAM metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Lead incident response efforts related to identity and access breaches.
- Set SMART goals and development plans for team members to drive performance and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Security or IAM.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in IAM or technical team management.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Proven experience with IAM technologies including identity governance, PAM, SSO, and vendor access management.
- Strong project and resource planning skills with a track record of successful IAM implementations.
