Desktop Engineer - Full-Time
Location: New York, NY | $170,000-$190,000 base salary
We are partnered with a leading law-firm organization seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to support and enhance their enterprise desktop environment. This role involves engineering, deployment, and support of desktop solutions across a multi-site infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support MECM/SCCM infrastructure.
- Package and deploy applications (EXE, MSI, MSIX).
- Troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and virtual environments.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Maintain documentation and enforce change management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in desktop engineering or IT support.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and application packaging skills.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, virtualization, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with legal or enterprise applications is a plus.
