About the Role
AI is transforming how software is built, shifting the focus from velocity alone to strong technical decision-making, scalable system design, and delivering high-quality products efficiently.
This team is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who thrives in building end-to-end products, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and collaborates closely across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who ships quickly, thinks pragmatically about tradeoffs, and actively leverages modern tools-including AI-to accelerate development and iteration.
You'll contribute across the stack, help shape system architecture, and play a key role in building reliable, scalable platforms that support high-growth, consumer-facing experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping production applications; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong fundamentals in backend architecture and system design, with hands-on experience building APIs and event-driven services
- Proficiency across the stack, including Python (FastAPI, async), Postgres, and modern React + TypeScript front-end development
- Experience working with modern data-fetching, validation, and state management patterns, as well as REST and GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GCP preferred)
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward shipping and learning
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering partners
- Interest or experience leveraging AI-powered tools or systems to accelerate development
