Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- 3+ years leading customer-facing or hybrid engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven ability to build production-ready solutions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable diving deep into code and architecture while providing clear leadership to a small team.
