Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Launch Technical Program Manager to lead the development and launch of next-generation video surveillance hardware. This is a hands-on leadership role managing cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing to deliver complex IoT products from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for smart video camera products.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering growth and high performance.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, track milestones, and report progress.
- Collaborate across hardware, software, and manufacturing to ensure alignment.
- Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements and promote effective cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in electronic product development and manufacturing coordination.
- 5+ years of hardware program/project management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
