Role Overview
Our client is hiring a senior, enterprise Account Executive (VP Sales / Sales Director level) to drive new business across hospital systems.
This is a high-impact, early-stage GTM role focused on owning complex sales cycles, building pipeline, and closing strategic deals with senior hospital leadership.
The ideal candidate brings experience selling into C-suite and VP-level stakeholders within hospitals, along with the ability to navigate procurement processes and multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, operates with autonomy, and is excited to help scale a sales function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across enterprise healthcare accounts
- Build and leverage a network to generate and accelerate pipeline
- Engage and sell into senior hospital stakeholders (C-suite and VP-level leadership)
- Navigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Clearly articulate the value of a platform-based solution vs. point solutions
- Partner cross-functionally to help evolve the company's go-to-market motion
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 3-10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience
- Proven success selling into hospital systems or healthcare organizations
- Experience engaging senior clinical and executive stakeholders
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or MedTech platforms
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and decision-making dynamics
- Familiarity with operating room workflows, surgical operations, or clinical environments
- Existing relationships within hospital leadership that can help accelerate pipeline
- Comfortable in a remote role with significant travel requirements (NYC area strongly preferred)
