What You Will Do
- Develop, implement, and evaluate new FSQA (Food Safety & Quality Assurance) and R&D data analysis methods.
- Administer and improve quality oversight systems, including FSQA monitoring programs for new products and suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technology challenges in FSQA and R&D systems.
- Provide training and support to personnel on various internal systems and SaaS applications.
- Research emerging trends and technologies within FSQA and R&D fields.
What You Bring
- Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint).
- Understanding of database concepts (preferably Azure-SQL) is a plus.
- Exposure to QMS (Quality Management Systems) or R&D product development systems is advantageous.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Initiative, motivation, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
