AI Solutions Engineer

About the Role

Reporting to the head of AI strategy, you will be responsible for prototyping, launching, and scaling user-facing AI agent workflows that create measurable value across a commercial organization. You'll translate business challenges into functional pilots, iterate directly with stakeholders, and transition high-performing solutions into production.

Key Responsibilities

Build and iterate quickly

Design, test, and deploy multi-step AI agent workflows that support real operational tasks-such as research, summarization, insights synthesis, and opportunity analysis. Turn use cases into clear, actionable flows using existing platform components and provide reliable, citation-backed outputs.

Own the end‑user experience

Create prompts, workflows, and lightweight chat or UI interfaces as needed. Integrate AI‑generated outputs back into business systems. Write maintainable code with attention to performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Shape the development roadmap

Help prioritize generative AI initiatives, break work into sequenced deliverables, and de-risk new ideas through quick technical proofs of concept.

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# (.NET).
  • Experience shipping at least one AI application using enterprise retrieval with citation support.
