  • Own features from initial scoping through implementation, testing, and deployment

  • Ability to design and implement user-centric features with strong product sense
  • Comfortable owning projects independently across the full development lifecycle
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
  • Interest in integrating AI-driven capabilities into product workflows

  • Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days per week in New York City

Nice to Have

  • Experience in complex operational, data-heavy, or workflow-intensive product domains
  • Background building tools that interact with AI/ML-driven systems
  • Experience developing internal tools, prototypes, or rapid product experiments
  • Ability to contribute to UX decisions or workflow optimization

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $140K
  • Equity participation
  • Flexible PTO
  • Hybrid in-office schedule (minimum 3 days/week)
