Oracle Practice Sales Director - Global Leading IT Services Provider

Glocomms is proud to be working with a global leader in digital transformation and enterprise consulting, currently expanding their Oracle practice across the EMEA region. As part of this strategic growth, they are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Practice Engagement Director to lead client relationships and drive business development across the Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Relationship Leadership: Build and manage strong relationships with key client stakeholders across operational and executive levels, ensuring long-term trust and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Business Development: Own the full opportunity lifecycle-prospect, evaluate, propose, and close-while identifying new revenue streams and expanding Oracle-related services within existing and new accounts.
  • Solution & Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, validate delivery estimates, and lead client presentations and negotiations.
  • Delivery Oversight: Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution, proactively resolving any delivery-related challenges.
  • Account Planning & Governance: Develop and execute strategic account plans, outlining key relationships, revenue targets, and growth opportunities within the Oracle portfolio.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with Oracle solution leaders to tailor offerings for target clients, driving adoption and revenue growth across the EMEA region.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive Experience: many years in consulting, sales, or client engagement, with a strong track record in Retail, CPG, or Logistics sectors.
  • Oracle Expertise: Deep understanding of the Oracle ecosystem, including ERP, HCM, CX, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Client Management Excellence: Proven ability to build and grow CXO-level relationships and manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Sales & Growth Mindset: Demonstrated success in driving business development and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Global Delivery Acumen: Experience working within a global delivery model and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in proposal creation and delivery.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel across Europe as needed to support client engagements.
