As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, supporting senior sales executives, and helping legal clients understand how our services can streamline their operations and improve outcomes for their clients.


What We Do

We specialize in post-settlement services for mass torts, class actions, and personal injury cases, including:

  • Claim administration (intake, validation, and outreach)
  • Medical lien resolution
  • Qualified Settlement Fund (QSF) management
  • Compliance support (e.g., Medicare Set-Asides)
  • Custom technology platforms for case tracking and reporting
  • Scalable staffing solutions for law firms handling high-volume litigation

What You'll Do

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads
  • Support proposal development and client presentations
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activity
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and delivery
  • Learn the ins and outs of legal services and settlement workflows

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of sales, business development, or client service experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in legal services, litigation support, or B2B sales
  • Self-starter with a team-first attitude
