Position Summary

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and closing enterprise-level opportunities. You'll work with some of the most advanced aerospace and defense manufacturers in the world, helping them modernize their operations through digital transformation. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, consultative seller with deep experience in MES or MRO solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise sales opportunities within the aerospace and defense sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and lead solution-based conversations.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs and value propositions.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long lead times.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling MES, MRO, or other complex manufacturing software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate complex buying processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
