Compensation: $300,000 to $450,000 + equity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team
- Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with company goals
- Drive technical vision, architecture, and infrastructure scalability
- Oversee engineering operations, delivery timelines, and process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and go-to-market teams
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence
- Implement best practices in software development, security, and DevOps
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and technical roadmaps
- Deliver complex engineering projects on schedule and within budget
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 4+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success scaling engineering teams from startup to growth stage
- Experience deploying and scaling mobile and web applications
- Deep expertise in architecture, cloud infrastructure, and development methodologies
- Strong technical proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and related tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
