Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join a leading asset management firm. This role is pivotal in driving the evolution of our Salesforce platform to support client engagement, sales enablement, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and IT to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions tailored to the asset management domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM capabilities for client onboarding, investor relations, and portfolio management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems (e.g., data warehouses, marketing automation, financial platforms).
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant features to improve business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally within financial services or asset management.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Financial Services Cloud.
  • Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
